IISER-TVM is an autonomous institution of the Govt of India set up on par with the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and IITs by the Ministry of Human Resource Development. Applications are invited from Indian Nationals of outstanding academic achievements, with ability to lead vibrant research groups and interested in teaching for Faculty Positions at IISER-TVM. The following positions are available in the broad areas of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and inter-disciplinary subjects.

1. Assistant Professor (Rs 12000-420-18300): Ph.D. with a minimum of three years of quality post-doctoral or equivalent experience.
2. Associate Professor (Rs 16400-450-20000): Ph.D. with a minimum of eight years of teaching/ research experience of which at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professor.
3. Professor (Rs 18400-500-22400): Ph.D. with a minimum of ten years of teaching/ research experience of which at least five years should be at the level of Assistant/ Associate Professor.
