H.P. Judicial Service Competitive Examination 2016

Applications are invited on the web based Interface for applying online, from the eligible and desirous citizens of India, for admission to the H.P. Judicial Service Competitive (Preliminary) Examination, 2016 for appointment to the following vacancies of Civil Judge, (Junior Division) :

• Civil Judge (Junior Division) : 11 posts (Existing-9, Anticipated-2), Pay Scale :  Rs. 27700 - 44770/-, Age : 22-30 years  as on 05/01/2016.

Application Fee : Application on the specimen form duly completed should be accompanied by examination fee of Rs. 400/- (Rs.100/- for candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC categories of Himachal Pradesh only), through a e-challan by cash in any branch of Punjab National Bank.

How to Apply : Apply Online at HPPSC website on or before 05/01/2016, take the printout of the system generated application and  it should be send  to the Secretary, Himachal Pradesh  Public Service Commission, Nigam Vihar, Shimla-2 on or before 12/01/2016.

• Junior Civil Judge : 24 (Direct Recruitment-3, By Transfer-21),
• Qualification : Must be a holder of a degree in Law awarded by any University established by Law in India, Age : 45 years as on 01/02/2009 and 48 years for recruitment by transfer

Fee : a crossed demand draft for Rs.100/- in favour of the Registrar General, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad payable at Hyderabad. ST candidates are exmpted from fee.

Applications are invited on the web based Interface for applying online, from the eligible and desirous citizens of India, for admission to the H.P. Judicial Service Competitive (Preliminary) Examination, 2009 based on Multiple Choice Questions (100% objective type), to be conducted at Shimla and Dharamshala in Kangra District (if adequate Nos. of candidates opt for Dharamshala centre), followed by main written examination and viva voce, for appointment to the following vacancies of Civil Judges, (Junior Division) in the pay scale of Rs.9000-14550/-.

• Civil Judges (Junior Division) : 15 posts (clear cu5 -4, Anticipated-6, Anticipate due to promotions etc.5), Qualification : A candidate must be a holder of degree in Law as recognized by the Bar Council of India., Age : A candidate must have attained the age of 22 years but must not be more than 30 years of age as on the last date., Pay Scale : Rs.9000-14550/-

Application Fee : Application on the specimen form duly completed should be accompanied by examination fee of Rs. 250/- (Rs.63/- for candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC categories of Himachal Pradesh only), through Bank Draft payable in any branch of a Bank at Shimla to the Secretary, H.P. Public Service Commission, Shimla-171002.

How to Apply : Apply Online and Register yourself as a user in HPPSC website. This user I.D. will be applicable for all future references regarding this examination. Fill-up the application Form Online in the given Format. After filling-up form, download the same and take the print on A-4 size paper. Affix passport size photograph duly attested and other requisite documents along with examination fee (demand draft). Put your signatures within the box provided in the application form and send the same in single fold by post in 9"x6" envelope to the Secretary, H.P. Public Service Commission, Nigam Vihar, Shimla-2, along with above mentioned documents. Last date is 01/03/2009.
